1. Introduction
At Beezion LLC (“Beezion”, “we”), your privacy and the privacy of our clients’ customers is critically important. We are a digital marketing agency based in the United States, and while we may access limited personal data in the course of delivering advertising and lead generation services, we do so strictly on behalf of our clients. We do not collect, store, sell, or use personal data for our own purposes.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle that data, the safeguards in place, and your rights.

Our access and handling of personal data through client-authorized tools such as HubSpot, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Crazyegg.

Business communications made via email or during campaigns.

Data maintained in internal work files (e.g., spreadsheets) for campaign reporting and optimization.

3. Our Role in Data Handling
We serve as a service provider/data processor, not a data controller. Specifically:

We do not collect leads or personal data directly through our website.

We only access and enrich data that is made available to us by our clients through platforms like HubSpot, Meta Ads, GA4, and other authorized marketing tools.

We may compile this data in shared spreadsheets for the purpose of lead qualification, campaign performance analysis, and optimization always under the direction of the client.

4. International Data Transfers

Some of the tools we use (e.g., HubSpot, Meta, Google) may involve international data transfers outside of your local jurisdiction. When applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certifications offered by these third-party platforms to ensure adequate data protection.

Beezion itself does not maintain dedicated servers or data hosting infrastructure, any data accessed is stored within client-owned systems or encrypted cloud-based spreadsheets.

5. Security Measures
We take data security seriously and implement the following measures:

Limited, role-based access to client platforms and files.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) for all third-party logins.

No local storage of personal data beyond temporary work files.

Clients retain full access to, and ownership of, all spreadsheets and reports.
